The school year has now finished I expect many of you have school reading and library books at home. Please look after them and return them to school in September. All returned books will be quarantined before being available to borrow again.

The summer reading challenge is still taking place this year and is now online. The theme is silly squad which are a group of animals that celebrate all funny books, joke books in fact any book that makes you smile or laugh. So far over 1 million books have been read by children across the country!! To take part you need to create an account, please click on the link for all the information you need. You will also notice that there are four competitions that you can enter too, they are to write a short story, a book review, a piece of poetry and create an art work.
